Our team entered a partnership with Gender and Child Justice Division of Global Rights Compliance  to make accessible culturally-sensitive psychological analysis of the serious violations that have taken place in Ukraine. Through this multidisciplinary approach, we are commissioned to strengthen the practice of Ukrainian Criminal Justice professionals dedicated to prosecute atrocity crimes through a healing-centred lens.

Our experts (Emilie, Greg, Richard, Gita, and Claudia) are offering technical support to the Ukrainian investigators and prosecutors from the Ukraine Office of the Prosecutor General with a focus on:

• Child-friendly approaches to justice.
• Trauma-informed criminal investigations (handbook, toolkits).
• Capturing the social-psychological harm under the occupation.
• Mentoring and up-skilling on emotionally safe engagement with victims and witnesses.

The activities are funded by the European Union under the Atrocity Crimes Advisory (ACA) Group for Ukraine.
